Boys, need someone to yarn to? The Brother to Brother crisis line provides phone support for Aboriginal men who need someone to talk to about relationship issues, family violence, parenting, drug and alcohol issues or who are struggling to cope for other reasons. The line is staffed by Aboriginal men, including Elders, who have a lived experience in the issues that the line offers support for. Call 1800 435 799 any time.

1800 4 WOMEN

Run by Women’s Health and Equality Queensland, 1800 4 WOMEN provides free phone counselling for women in Queensland. It’s confidential, you don’t need a referral and is completely free. You’ll talk to the same qualified counsellor or midwife and you can choose appointment times that work for you.
